For the longest time, I convinced myself I was proud to say, “I never send nudes.” I thought I was above all that, keeping the lights off and always quick to ask, “Why are you even looking at it?” But looking back, what I thought was me acting like I was too good for it was really just insecurity. I wasn’t comfortable with how 'it' looked—the dark spots, the bumps. Were they normal? Did everyone else have to deal with ingrown hairs too? Honestly, I didn’t even realize back then that those bumps were ingrowns.

 

When I started offering Brazilian waxes, I remember the overwhelming sense of relief I felt. I saw that 60-70% of my clients were battling the same insecurities I had carried for years. It made me feel more normal, but it didn’t erase my discomfort. Then, when I introduced vajacials, I was absolutely blown away by the results my clients experienced. But deep down, I knew that the true magic—just like with facials—came from a consistent, daily routine.

 

In June 2021, I introduced the first Pretty Kitty Kit—a 3-step, handmade, all-natural routine designed to care for your skin between wax appointments.. After a year of crafting these products with my own hands, I went back to school in the U.S. to study esthetics. After another year of working closely with a manufacturer, we perfected the 5-step routine, that I say was "created by nature, perfected by science.'
